Cancellation Policy

At Driver On Demands, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and drivers.

Cancellation Charges

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation charges
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 10% cancellation fee
• 6-12 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
• 2-6 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 2 hours before pickup: No refund

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

No-Show Policy

If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the customer is not available within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior communication, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Driver Cancellation

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to driver unavailability or other reasons, you will receive a full refund and we will try our best to arrange an alternative driver.
