Driver Verification Process

Every driver on our platform has been verified through:

  • Identity Verification: Aadhaar card and PAN card verification
  • Driving License: Valid commercial driving license verification
  • Background Check: Police verification and criminal background check
  • Address Verification: Physical address verification
  • Driving Test: Practical driving assessment

Required Documents for Drivers

  • Valid Driving License (LMV/Commercial)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Police Verification Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate

For Customers

While booking our services, customers may be required to provide:

  • Valid phone number for OTP verification
  • Email address for booking confirmation
  • For corporate bookings: Company details and GST number

Vehicle Documentation

If you're hiring a driver for your own vehicle, please ensure:

  • Valid Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Valid Insurance
  • Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate
  • Vehicle fitness certificate (if applicable)
