By accessing and using Driver On Demand services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our driver booking platform, mobile applications, and all related services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Driver On Demand provides professional driver services including:

• Local city driver hire
• Outstation travel with driver
• Airport pickup and drop services
• Corporate driver services
• Hourly rental drivers

All drivers are verified, trained, and insured for your safety and comfort.

Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. Payment terms:

• Advance payment may be required for outstation bookings
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking
• Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs and market conditions
• Additional charges may apply for toll, parking, and driver allowance

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% charge for cancellation within 24 hours
• Full charge for no-show or cancellation after driver arrival

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the trip
• Pay all applicable charges promptly
• Report any issues or concerns immediately
